"We provide comprehensive primary healthcare, selected specialties and referral services to the population of the Chattahoochee Valley area. Regardless of circumstances, we care for all."

Currently they are made up of Family Practitioners, Pediatricians, Dentists and a Behavioral Health department.  In the near future they will have Optometry, Women's Health, and pharmacy services.     There is a wait right now of around 2 months for new patients but they can usually work in acute cases sooner. Also they should be able to see behavioral health cases within around 2 weeks.

They can take people with and without insurance, and for those without they use a sliding scale fee based on income.
